I believe students will always be frustrated till they learn the material and if you make it interesting and related to them personally it tends to elivate the frustration and to feel more comfortable with the material. I am presently looking at obtaining my teaching certificate to teach elementary school at one point and time. My father's family is spanish so I speak a some. I am not fully fluent.
I have always had an interest in teaching. I graduated from college with my AA while working with the University of Michigan Department of Hospital Finance Training. From there I took some time off to finish my degrees. While going for my BA I worked with the VFW Ladies Auxiliary and was elected President of the Auxiliary and of the District. A Little Bit About Me...

Throughout my life I have been tutoring and teaching my peers. In elementary through high school, teachers would ask me to take time to explain one-on-one the coursework with my classmates. In college I naturally became the go-to person for help with coursework. My official experience, however, did not come until I was in graduate school. There I taught laboratory sections in animal and dairy science as well as tutored my classmates after hours. There is nothing that I enjoy more than figuring out how to convey information in such a way that my pupil will begin to really understand what they are doing and even be able to explain it back to me. Although I have approximately two years of official teaching experience, it has been a lifelong endeavor for me and one that I hope to continue to pursue.

Upon completing a BS in Education (Dual Certification), I decided to go on for a MDiv in Theology. I was ordained a minister, and thus spent 40+ years teaching, counseling,and preaching.
