As a college graduate with both a bachelor's and master's degree, I have always been seeking excellence in learning. I am a teacher who has learned through experience. I went from college to Kenya to teach in an international school for 2 years. I learned a lot about teaching and culture during that time. When I returned I subbed for 2.5 years in which I learned more than all my schooling. During that time I earned a master's and have gone on to move in the direction that jobs have come.I taught SPED for a year, taught at an Outdoor School for a year, taught Kindergarten at a private school and worked with Autistic children as a one on one tutor. I have dabbled in Pre-K and upper grades a little. I am continuing to learn by taking Field Study Biology classes and going to educational workshops and personal growth programs.
