I am an experienced Educator at both the secondary and post secondary levels. While teaching at Puyallup High School I received two awards for excellence for my work with special needs students. I was also responsible for developing a program that was named “Best in State” two years in a row. I have excellent teaching and communications skills. I am a published author with two books and four booklets. I have written educational curriculum to NATEF standards, developed many courses and taught classes to diverse groups of students. A Little Bit About Me...

As a college graduate with both a bachelor's and master's degree, I have always been seeking excellence in learning. I have, over the years written many papers, reports, and essays, and consequently have learned and used many writing skills in many contexts. I have written academic papers, mental health reports, and sermons. For the past 20+ years in my work as a pastor and mental health rehab specialist I have worked directly with youth and children in a teaching role, healping them to learn about themselves and to express it verbally and in writing.

A Little Bit About Me...

I have worked with children of all ages in different environments and capacities for the past 20 years. It all started at the YMCA Afterschool and Summer Programs which gave me my first satisfactory feeling for being around young people. That led to substitute teaching and to 6 years in the classroom with 6th graders. For 1 year I taught English as a Foreign Language in Slovenia and Germany.
