I enjoy working with all children in an educational setting, although I prefer grades k-5. It is very rewarding for me when I see a child actually retaining what is being taught to them. IN China they have a philosophy on teaching and learning. Learning has two parts. The first part is being taught how to do something. However it is not a complete process until the knowledge can be demonstrated by the student without the teacher. It is also important to realize that children are all capable of learning but not all children learn the same way.
