I started my teaching career as a Teach For America corps member in Atlanta, Georgia, where I taught sixth grade language arts at Crawford Long Middle School. Most recently, I had the honor of teaching at KIPP: LEAD College Prep Charter School in Gary, Indiana. I previously held Language Arts Certificates (6-12) in both Georgia and Indiana. I also have experience tutoring college freshmen in an introductory college writing seminar.
