I firmly believe that I am a student-centered educator. My ego is not involved in what I am doing. Each child learns in a different manner. A teacher's job is that of finding out how each student learns and then developing lessons that benefit each student. The same applies to tutoring. It is my job to find out how this person I am tutoring learns. Then I get after assisting this student to learn as he or she learns best. Most people learn by doing - in some way.
