I first probe to find inadequacies in the student’s knowledge, then present the material in an easy to understand manner primarily focusing on the student’s weak areas. My patience and easy going attitude greatly help tutoring sessions because the student does not feel reprimanded, but rather encouraged through the frustration and mistakes to achieve a greater understanding.
