Writing is one of my top subjects!

I am a huge supporter students tutoring students. I have found that working with students helps to take down a barrier between the tutor and tutee. Students are more comfortable to work with peers than an authority. My first priority is to listen, listen to what the tutee is looking to get out of the experience. Each student's needs are different and you have to plan around them. When I am tutoring I strive to make the tutee vocal. I like to allow students to think for themselves and see how they approach the challenge. I am there to guide their thinking process and strengthen their knowledge not lecture to them.

I have a very unique way of teaching. My key to success works on a system of discipline and rewards. I find creative ways to make the most mundane tasks fun to accomplish. I think the number on rule in teaching strategy should be finding a way to make the process enjoyable. I truly enjoy helping children reach their full potential. I believe that children who don't understand a subject just haven't had it explained to them in their way of learning and I believe I can find their way.
