I enjoy working with children. My volunteering experience with children at Grant Elementary gave me opportunity to realize how much I enjoy teaching. I believe that any child can meet his or her potential if he or she is given proper direct approach. I am also a mother of fourteen-year-old, eight-year-old, and one-year-old. I tend to teach things in a visual way. Drawing pictures, diagrams and using visual aides are the best ways I have witnessed to teach kids. I also think a structured reward system is HUGE in motivating kids to succeed.
