I have been teaching for over 20 years. During those teaching years, I had the opportunity to expand my knowledge in the sciences by attending various fellowships and workshops during the summers. I also had the opportunity to work in industry for 2 years, so I got the experience of that to bring back into the classroom.

I love working with students and getting to know them as individuals. This helps me to be able to see what type of learner each student is so that I can adapt my lessons to meet the needs of my students. I love being able to provide time within my lessons for communication and reflection.
