According to the need of the student, some students are fast learning, some are slow, this is very important taking in consideration because my philosophy is that "Everybody is able to learn", we just have different learning styles.
I' ve been working for about 18 years with students from Kindergarten through 12 grade in the Petaluma Schools District in the city of Petaluma, California. I've had experience teaching English as a second language and tutoring experience teaching math, language and science. Since I've worked in a classroom setting as a Bilingual Instructional Assistant, I have acquired a lot of experience from a diverse teaching styles. Nowadays, I am working at the High School level tutoring students in Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Geometry, Science and English.

This thought of Nikos Kazantzakis, Greek writer and philosopher has always reminded me of the tremendous love I have of teaching or tutoring: "Ideal teachers [tutors] are those who use themselves as bridges over which they invite their students to cross, then having facilitated their crossing, joyfully collapse, encouraging them to create bridges of their own." Instead of admiring good thought only, I usually feel concerned doing something about it. My comments on tutoring French : Honors French student.

I am ranked 12 ou of 496 in my class. I am an Honors and AP college student. I have a 4.83 grade point average. I take eight classes a day from 5:50am - 3:00pm. I am a voluntary tutor for students after school and I have been successfully doing that for a year now. I love working with studens and I get along with all of them because they are usually around my age as well.
