I have taught in a special education setting for 14 years. I have worked with kids at all levels and with many disorders. I taught all subject areas as well. I worked with children on the spectrum and also MR kids. I have taught in a life skills classroom where we learned different ways to use our learning and take it into the community. I have written IEP's for my students as well. I have experience working and communicating with the parents and the school districts to help the students and their future.

I was Director of Education for two years and then served as Superintendent of Schools for two districts for a total of 15 years. As a recent graduate from Westminster College, I have earned a BA in History and my PA teaching certificate for 7-12 in Social Studies.
