I have for many years helped friends and family when they have needed help with history papers, literature and writing homework, etc. I would love to assist others to achieve success in school as well. My comments on tutoring Geography : If you can read you can learn history and geography. Apply reading skills across the curriculum to help students understand the subject.

Prefer to facilitate learning and provide more hands on activities. Try to connect reading with writing as the two subjects are very much intertwined in the skills they take. Great at teaching across the curriculum to help students in subject areas that require reading of nonfiction

Based on my past teaching experiences, I have learned that in order to motivate students to learn, it’s imperative to make connections between the curriculum and their prior experiences and interests. I believe that it is unrealistic to expect students to learn at the same rate and have identical learning styles, so teachers must differentiate their instruction to account for all types of learning abilities, levels, interests, and talents.
