I will adapt my teaching approach based on the needs and learning styles of the student - with language, I favor a practice-based environment, both teaching grammar and theory, but always putting the new skills in to practice with each session. I have extensive knowledge and specialization in French language and English literature, with previous experience teaching both. I have worked as a teacher of English as a Second Language at two elementary level schools in Paris, France, as a private French tutor, and as an elementary writing/composition tutor. I believe that all people fall short of their maximum potential. Finding the right motivation for people is a gift that I have.
