I have most of my old books that can be used as references and usually it doesn't take a lot to get your mind set back into accounting. As a teacher with the Colorado Department of Corrections for 28 years, I had the opportunity to teach several subjects at several levels. Through my experience I had the opportunity to teach reading at a very fundamental level to adults. I also taught math and English to inmate students studying for their GED. I especially enjoyed the opportunity to teach English as a secondary language to non- English speaking students. I helped develop and teach an English grammar curriculum for a Corrrectional staff class. In 2005 I was honored by my peers to be given the Correctional Teacher of the year for a 5 state region.
