The greatest benefit of teaching, to me, is seeing the look in a child's eyes when he or she finally reaches that understanding of what you are teaching them. The challenge of finding a new way to help a child reach this understanding is what drives me to teach. I have tutored/taught highly intelligent children and some resource students. Working as a substitute teacher, I developed many techniques and strategies to get children to understand.
