I am currently employed as a technical advisor for Charter Communications for video and Internet. I originally was a math major and a math and history honor student at the University of Houston in the early 70's. I left school to start a family bakery in Vermont followed by award winning bakeries in Northern California and Utah. After retiring from baking, I completed my education at Vermont Tech with a degree in Information Technology. I enjoy passing on my skills and knowledge to others. I have trained many apprentices in baking as a professional and conducted many classes. Every day I am teaching customers how to use their television equipment and their computers correctly.
