Experience Summary
I have worked as a teacher aide at Temple Shalom Emeth Hebrew School. There I performed small tasks around the classroom, and assisted students in learning Hebrew and more about their Jewish heritage. I also have an ongoing job as a tutor at Salem State University's math lab. During school semesters, I help students with their homework, study for tests, and understand material better. I am also working towards a major in mathematics and a double minor in education and psychology.
Teaching Style
I always do my best to be kind and understanding to every student I have. I know that everyone has different learning speeds and different proficiencies, so I always try to be accommodating of that. I also try to present material in different ways if the student doesn't understand it the first time.
My Hobbies
I love playing video games, watching TV shows/cartoons (I'm a big fan of The Librarians, Avatar: The Last Airbender, Steven Universe, Star Wars Rebels, Doctor Who, and Parks and Recreation), playing with dogs, reading comic books, and singing.
