I love teaching students of all ages. It is very satisfying to see their eyes light up when they realize they got it. One method i use is to teach the the music that they love and apply the theory and technique to it, and gradually introduce them to more challenging works. I can improvise at a moments notice to help get the lesson across, even if it means focusing on one task at a time. My goal is to make the learning experience as pleasant as possible. I have been performing since i was a child. Attended Julliard school of music, City colege of NY. Published two albums of my own and has recorded with a host of astist as a sideman.
