I worked as a private home tutor in Singapore (1992-1993) teaching G.C.E chemistry and elementary subjects and also in Bangkok, Thailand from 1993-1995. I received a certificate of "TESOL-Teaching English to speakers of other languages" in Bangkok. I also worked as a part time instructor in ECC Thailand teaching ESL. I am easygoing, but enjoy challenging my students to do well. I always try to be prepared and make sure that I am familiar with the material before any tutoring sessions. I am not concerned with time and feel that if it does take longer than the hour assigned to completely help the student understand the material, then I am more than willing to put in extra time to help them. I graduated with my Bachelor of Science in Chemistry in 2008 and am now almost done with my Master's in Biomedical Sciences.
