I prefer that the student understands the purpose behind learning. In order to achieve my goal, I spend quality time in talking and developing an effective communication platform. I believe that positive reinforcement is the most effective way to motivate a student to learn. Each child must learn to identify his or her strengths and use those strengths to solve problems.
