After receiving my bachelor's degree, I went to school part time to work on my Master's degree while subbing in area schools. I accepted a position as a teaching assistant, and two long term positions. I also tutored a junior high school student in all subjects.

I spent nine semester at FMCC in the TRiO Student Support Services program. I began as a part time tutor and after one semester the program director saw it prudent to keep me on. During my time with the program I helped to establish several tutoring programs, one at FM and another at Amsterdam High School for the Upward Bound Grant funded program. In my spare time I do private in home tutoring for students seeking to improve their grades and become adept at taking standardized tests. While at West Chester University, I had to take Statistics and Probability and that was because I was in the excelled Math program in high school. I had all Math courses up to and including Advanced Algebra. While attending Adirondack Community College, I had to take a Medical Math course that covered many conversions.
