Coursework will be subject to needs of the student: everything from script analysis to simple, structured play in order to build self confidence and promote intrinsic creativity. Throughout undergraduate and now graduate work, I have always had a passion for passing along what I know, in hopes of teaching and inspiring, and developing others. I have two years of private-school teaching behind me, as well as two summers working with inner-city kids in a program that used the arts to bridge the gap between social and educational shortfalls within the city. I am well read and well versed in classical and current literature, with published articles and short stories to my credit. I look forward to not just teaching and passing on information, but rather to inspire people to think for themselves, and to think beyond where they are to reach what they could be.
