Anatomy is one of my top subjects! I am a Physical Therapist Assistant and have taken college anatomy classes.

I have previously worked for the YMCA in a before and after school program for elementary age children. On a daily basis we would have a specific time set aside for the children to complete their homework. I would sit with the children and help them understand the homework they were struggling with.

I think I can provide exceptional one on one tutoring for a student of any age. My knowledge has been spread out throughout my college years and this would be a great first step into teaching. Mathematically, I teach from a logical, or procedural approach. As students work their way up to Calculus and further, it is important to understand the process of problem-solving and not focus on the numbers alone. Many sciences can become abstract, I like to relate topics to things students may encounter everyday or already understand in order to get a foundation before complicating topics with smaller detail.
