Relate the subject matter to real life examples as far as possible. Sometimes, it is not easy. Then I take recourse to humor, most of the time laughing at myself. Take special care to meet the individual taste and ability of each student. Not all students are at the same level. I pay special attention to it and try my best to bring them to the level which is demanded by the course.
I designed and implemented lesson plans for 11th and 12th grades:general chemistry and Mathematics concepts. I taught chemistry at the Undergraduate(BS) level: Physical chemistry and Organic chemistry. I taught mathematics at the middle school and high school levels.
