As a tutor, one must discern the issues of the individual student and devise a plan of action to develop and strengthen the skills necessary for academic success. There is firm belief in the idea that experience is the best teacher, and my techniques involve practice and repetition as a method to build and strenthen a foundation critical for understanding, achievement and advancement.
My GPA at Ohio University was 3.9 in Latin Major. I have 18 years of Experience as a Certified Secondary Instructor in the State of Ohio. I have taught as many as four H.S. Levels of Latin. My classes have focused significantly on vocabulary, grammar, translation and sentence structures.
