My desire is not to simply communicate information to students, but to accommodate material in such a way so that each individual student can learn a way that is easy and hopefully enjoyable. Not every student enjoys learning every subject, but I believe that an accommodating and understanding teacher, willing to work hard in order to make learning simple and useful, can give the student the necessary motivation and confidence to learn any subject well.
