German is one of my top subjects! I began learning German as a child, learned throughout intermediate, high school, and college. Having hosted a German foreign exchange student in high school really boosted my conversational proficiency as well as improved my accent. Having visited Germany 3 times also has helped to boost my fluency.

My focus is on the needs of the individual. For example, a beginning German student who needs help with grammar is going to have different needs than someone trying to give an oral presentation on various German dialects. With that it mind, I try to get people to get excited about learning German. German can be fun.
I have been fluent in conversational German for 27 years, having first learned as a child, continuing my learning formally through all measures of schooling having studied the language for 9 years in all. I was born in Germany and I lived there for 15 years. I have a Bachelors Degree in German Language. My German is dialect free. Therefore, it is easier to understand and easier to get familiar with the daily German language. The necessary vocabulary to come around will be added on in every lesson.
