Although I have recently graduated with a degree in business, I am interested in pursuing a career involving people. My previous employment was a sales position that was very customer-oriented. I also have 3 years of experience helping children by teaching swimming lessons. Assisting my 15-year-old sister with her school work is also a regular activity.
I believe in a teaching style that reflects a student's learning style. Whether they learn best by hearing, seeing, or doing it is important to cater to the student. My teaching style works around this philosphy and tends to be a combination of all 3 styles.

As a graduate of Saint Olaf College, I have pushed myself to achieve academic excellence on a personal level. I have earned two degrees, BA in History and BA in Classics. Through my experiences in both of these disciplines, I have attained a high level of proficiency in grammar and spelling. For the past six years I have taught for three high school drumlines, interacting with students and parents in order to provide the best possible learning and performing experience.
