Teacher with gentle touch - Very good at explaining new subj

Web manager and usability analyst as well as instructor. I have been asked at various jobs to teach training classes to my peers because of my ability to deliver an easy to understand lesson. I've been told I am very good at explaining a topic that someone has no experience with at all. I am on contract with NC States Computer Training Unit.
I try to find the teaching style that is going to work for the student. Are they visual? Do they need to touch to learn? Finding out how to teach them and then helping them learn skills for independent study are just as important as the material.

I am attending school for early childhood degree. Working with children and others have always been apart of me. Throughout school I am always helping and tutoring someone. Teaching someone something that I already know and something they should know or what to know makes me happy. I substitute before and volunteer my time a lot with daycare, Boys and Girls Club, after school programs, and even at church.
