I have tutored in the past with my friends and have been told that I am very effective. I feel that I would make a great tutor because I enjoy teaching other what I know. I have also filled in for my teacher while she was away to teach classes such as statics and dynamics at the undergrad level. The students seemed to have enjoyed my way of teaching. I have also assisted in teaching the reinforced concrete design also at the undergrad level. I feel I could be a good tutor for subjects like math, physics, and engineering classes at both high school and undergrad level.

While completing a degree in Survey Engineering I was picked by two professors to teach in their absence and also lead labs. The situations ranged from one-on-one to outdoor labs and from the classroom to small groups. As a manager of engineering departments at four consulting firms opportunities arose to tutor numerous individuals in both classroom and field settings and the topics were applied math involving physics, algebra, calculus and geometry. Since graduating I have tutored students in the areas of physics, calculus, applied math and technical writing. The students ages ranged from early High School students to a 56 year old retired Navy master chief.

I have been in school the last 10 years. I earned two Liberal Arts degrees in 2005. I also earned a BS in Civil Engineering from Cal Poly Pomona in 2009. During my college years, I tutored college level math and college level physics. I also worked for a private tutoring company in Montclair, CA. My specialty are Math, Chemistry and Physics.
