A Little Bit About Me...

I believe that literature and English provide skills for living a fulfilling and productive life. My love of literature has helped me become an accomplished trainer and educator. As a tutor and trainer I believe in bringing passion and patience to the table. I also understand that most people learn in a variety of ways -- seeing, hearing and doing. But, with kids, I know that learning can be accelerated by a teacher or tutor that cares and keeps things fun.
As an undergraduate I majored in English and also completed the secondary education program. I completed my student teaching assignment at a local high school in Colorado Springs and taught remedial English to students who had failed the class at least once prior.
