As a child, my dream was to become a veterinarian. I took accelerated, Honors, and AP science classes throughout High School, and earned my Bachelor's Degree in Biology in only three years. My description of teaching involves directly explaining the material to the student and then have the student to teach me the subject or concept that was just learned. This insures that the student fully understands the concept, thus the concept can be applied to problem solving. In addition, I like to actually sit down with the student and go over the assigned or completed work to make sure that the student is understanding and applying the material correctly.
