I have always loved teaching, and even though I have been in the Aerospace business for the past 25 years I have always been assigned training. It has always been a natural fit for me. I love to develop curriculum and implement programs. I would say the more difficult time a student is having learning a subject the more I want to succeed. I have taught Learning Disabilities and realized that every student can succeed.
