I took votech business class in high school for three years. I am advanced in all of the microsoft office applications. I also have taken two years of accounting. As a graduate of an all girls private school (Peace College) in Raleigh NC, I have become a true leader in the female world. I have always been driven to make a mark in this world by setting by example. I have earned a BA in Communications, specializing in Public Relations and Advertising. Also minoring in Graphic Design, I have become pro efficient in computers and have an advanced expertise in Desktop publishing and basic through advanced computer skills. Children have the ability to learn in a variety of ways. I learn the appropiate way to aide a student in their studies by observing their technique of solving a problem and helping them explore the problem. I show students how to break down the problem in various ways to help them better understand it. Some students need to work with a tutor on several problems; others may need a song or visual representations to help them understand a problem. Sometimes, every type of learning needs to be used to help a students understand. I am patient and understanding of the needs of a students and their tutoring needs.

I am very open and ask for a lot of participation on behalf of the student. I feel that if they get involved and ask lots of questions that they will learn better. I love helping children and try and find creative ways to help them learn and remember their work at hand.
I have completed both an MBA and bachelors degree in business and during that education I studied a wide array subjects. Marketing, Finance, accounting, HR, and economics.
