A Little Bit About Me...

I would describe my teaching style as "facilitator" considering the fact that I am able to come up with questions that lead the students to finding the correct process and answers on their own.
During high school I tutored at an elementary school during two summers for over 300 hours. From January-April 2013 I tutored the AVID program for 17.5 hours a week for all grade levels. I majored in Biochemistry and Pharmacology at the UNAM in Mexico City. Along with extensive coursework in Biology, Micro Biology, Chemistry, and related subjects, I also worked extensively in the lab conducting experiments connected with these subject areas. I got the tools you need to succeed !

I have taught high school students for five years now. However, I have taught college freshman for a year only. But, I do know what I am doing and I know how to help students. I am patient with everyone so I can communicate better and understand my students problems so, I have always succeeded in helping my students.
