Inspiring young people is what I do best. However, different methods are to be used for different individuals. Some students require a more incremental approach, covering material at a slower pace or more than once. Other students learn quicker and get frustrated if things are repeated. My job is to adapt to the particular individual and use the method that facilitates best learning.
