I have always known that I wanted to work with children and for the past 11 years, I have worked with children in various settings. A Little Bit About Me...

In 2003 I traveled to India where I began work in a village in the South teaching English and Sociology to 4-11th graders. The experience was incredibly rewarding and was a wonderful vision into the complexities of education and culture. Due to this multi cultural experience I feel that I have a great skill in reaching students with multi ethnic backgrounds, and understand the discrepencies between written and spoken language.
I feel that in teaching my goal is to effectively reach all children. Individual care and attention are the most effective ways which I feel a child can be persuaded to learn.
