My comments on tutoring SAT - Math : I am currently tutoring SAT math students. The challenge for the SAT is how to best answer the questions. Whether working from the answers or looking for other tricks to solve the problem. I am certified as a math teacher in the state of Ohio.

I want my students to be able to make sense out of concepts. Once they relate to the topic the fundimentals of working with the concepts is more realistic. I general guide the student to help them develope the concepts.
I stated my career as a 7th and 8th grade math teacher in Oberlin Ohio. I taught two years at Beachwood High School, teaching algebra, geometry, physics and calculus. I went back to school to receive my masters in accounting. I work for a large public accounting firm and received by CPA license. From public accounting I started my internal audit career. I consulted many different companies in a variety of industries. I became a Certified Internal Auditor and became president of the local chapter. I can and have taught physics, math, (up to differential equations) and physical sciences. I have also been an ameteur astronomer for 40 years and can teach courses in this dicipline.
