Teacher seeks tutoring students

I Have been a teacher since 2002. I have had various experience in teaching students diagnosed with ADD, ADHD, Asperger's Syndrome, OCD, PDD, ODD, as well as other learning, social, emotional, and behavioral disabilities. I have also had experience tutoring students from grades one to ten. I have had to plan and implement individual education plans as well as independent lessons for various students. I have worked with children from all types of schools including inner city and charter schools.
I love hands-on activities and learning experiences that include technology. I also like to include activities that appeal to all types of learning styles. I have used and implemented Howard Gardner's Theory of Multiple Intelligences when planning and implementing lessons.

A Little Bit About Me...

I have worked with all different ages of students, from 3rd grade to college, and enjoyed all of my experiences. I find that no matter who the student is I enjoy teaching and helping other, helping an individual to not only grasp concepts but develop a stronger self confidence in their learning.
