Spanish is one of my top subjects! Fluent in Spanish. I lived in Argentina for 2 years, and had to communicate with countless people every day. I also have a Minor in Spanish.

I have no particular teaching style, and can teach people from all walks of life.
I lived in Argentina fro two years as a teacher, where I taught in both Spanish and English. I have a Minor in Spanish, and am fluent in it. I am three classes away from achieving my Minor in History, which I have been studying since I was a child, and have gained knowledge in how to study and apply historical knowledge, in addition to gaining a vast knowledge about actual historical events.

At the Central High School of Visual Arts in Puerto Rico I took art classes five days a week for six years for two hours besides all the other academic classes we took that were divided by day A and day B. I took general art the first three years and drawing and painting the last three years in which I got a certificate in. I learned to make artwork through the mediums of pencil, color pencil, watercolor and acrylic mostly. In college I took a cluster in art and learned to use oil paint where now I am selling my work at the mall on the main a store in Rexburg next to Ramirez. A Little Bit About Me...

I have a Bachelor degree in University Studies with a dance minor. I love to teach dance classes to adults and children. I am currently teaching modern latin dance classes with the department of continuing education at BYUI. I also teach a latin modern dance class for the community. I would like to teach others Spanish my native language and see them succeed in their education.

A Little Bit About Me...

I am currently a student at Brigham Young University - Idaho where I am pursuing a degree in Biology with minors in Child Studies and Chemistry. This rigorous program has taught me the importance of fulfilling one's potential, the vitality of good study habits, as well as giving me an understanding of children and adolescents. The past two years I have participated in a youth summer program for high school-aged students. I was responsible for giving both formal and informal instruction in leadership skills, self-esteem, and religion. While I was serviing as a missionary, I had the chance to train three missionaries. What that entailed was basic people skills, understanding the language, and helping them to gain confidence in themselves through speaking. That is what I would like to describe the way that I teach. It would be very time effective and they would see results very fast. As I constantly speak to them, they would be able to use the material and feel more confident in their abilities. Not only would it be a fantastic experience for any student, but I would try to re-enforce the idea that learning can be fun.
As a missionary for the LDS Church in Arizona, I was speaking with the Hispanic people for more than 10 hours a day. As a business major I learned alot about the importance of language and communication. I took classes in english, and writing. I was a tutor for over 100 students for 2 years in finance and taght a class twice a week on Microsoft Excel. In high school I volunteered at an elementary school to help children with ADD and behavioral issues for 3 trimesters. I was a staff member at Cedar Badge, a week long leadership training course for scouts, teaching leadership skills.
I like to have visuals. They are important no matter what age. i use powerpoint, pictures, think of stories, and try to get the students involved as much as they can. People either learn, by seeng, doing, or both, so it is good to teach using all of the learning tools.
