After receiving my bachelor's degree in Psychology, I started teaching special education while pursuing my Master's degree. I completed my Master's program in 2005 and received my certification in special education in the state of Tennessee. In 2009, I also received my certification in the state of Georgia. I have a variety of experience teaching different subject areas to students with special needs in grade levels ranging from k-12. The past five years has provided me with an amazing amount of knowledge and experience. Completing a Master's degree in special education, teaching elementary students with disabilities, working as an adjunct professor and being the Director of Early College at Northwestern Technical College are just a few examples of those experiences. Instead, my goal was to educate students about the fundamentals of writing papers, such as formulating a clear thesis and establishing a clear paragraph structure.
