I have earned a B.S. in mathematics. While attending Virginia Tech I would regularly tutor fellow students taking courses that I was in or had currently taken. That experience teaching led me to pursue a position teaching after graduation. I taught Algebra II, Calculus, and Computer Science at a high school in Northern Virginia for a year and a half before deciding to go to law school. Math is a different subject than most as it builds upon itself.
