My comments on tutoring Statistics : Statistics is a subject that does not typically get in-depth coverage in K-12 classrooms, and I can help students understand the importance of basic statistics and data analysis with both drill exercises and real-world projects like weather-tracking.

I prefer personal and small group teaching, but I can also do online tutoring with Webex. I like to get to know my students and their goals. I can help students set those goals, make plans, and achieve. I have lots of experience creating curriculum materials and lessons, and I try to find a real-life application to each lesson.
My career path has winded around quite a bit but always focuses on computer science and math education. Dear Student, Hi. I am a math & statistics tutor and have been tutoring these two and other subjects for last 20 years. I did masters in Math from Lucknow University India in 1983 and then again another Masters from Canada ( University of Western Ontario ) in Statistics 1n 1989. I had physics, chemistry as minor subjects during undergrad. I have always been an A+ student and also was recommended for Gold Medal in Canada when I was doing Masters. Ever since I was young, I have always found joy in mathematics. Number puzzles, real life applications, and the teaching of math are all fascinating and enjoyable to me. I studied mathematics and economics in college so I could work on more advanced quantitative problems for a career. I later returned to school to get a Master's degree in Operations Research, a mathematical modeling discipline. While I tutored some as a undergraduate student, I really began teaching and tutoring mathematics during the past two years.
