Taught art and trade of Meat Cutting utilizing the text and work book entitled : "The Meat We Eat". Instructed proposed chefs on boning, portion cutting and displat process and cooking procedures as well as sanitation methods at the Columbia Junior College through The Yosemite Community College District.

What I like about helping people learn more and do better in communicating and expressing themselves is that it gives me a chance to "give back" all that I know in a special way. I teach people how to do things through a method of "learning by doing" with practical (and many times personal experience) exercises.
