My job at Trenholm occasionaly required me to tutor more than one person. I emplement many differnt teaching stragies depending on the students needs. A student may require implements to learn a lesseon, or may require visual attetion while other are audio learns. It is hard to say till you learn the student. My teaching style with younger children is to have a relaxed setting where no pressure in placed upon the student. I'm always sure to review my material before going into a new lecture. When a student is not understanding the material I try to use many methods for then to gain a better understanding. When I was younger it was easier for me to understand information if I can relate it to my life, so I will apply the same methods with teaching others. As a college student I am still striving for my goal and dream of becoming a veterinarian. I have always been a mentor in my community and willing to help others where they need help.
