My experience working with children is in the area of those with mental health issues, most of which have learning disabilities as well. I love my work and I love children. I believe that all children can learn when you consider what kind of learner they are. I believe that most children have to experience learning through many facets; hearing, touching, seeing and discovery. As a Lehigh University graduate, I was very much driven to achieve a high level of excellence in education. I earned a BS degree in Computer Science and have worked as a software engineer and tutor. Some of my mathematical skills include algebra, geometry, trigonometry, calculus, probability & statics, discreet math, and differential equations. I encourage students to write down their concerns and mark the areas of confusion at the time these arise. That way the students don't forget to bring them to my attention.
