Statement of Teaching Philosophy As a student, I have observed that the best teachers were those who cared the most about teaching. I have always wanted to teach Math and Science. I have volunteered tutored on and off for five years for friends and family. I have a BS in Chemistry and have worked as a Chemist for 13 years. I currently am working as an accountant. I enjoy formulas and showing my students how everything comes togeher. Most people find Math frustrating and I enjoy showing them a different way to approach problems.
