I would say that it is a little more toward laid back. Being over 6" tall, stocky, pushing hard, being an ogre, hard-nosed, that isn't going to work for me. People have a tendency to be a bit intimidated and fearful because of my size. After 13 years of employment with the Oklahoma City Police Department, I decided to finish my degree, and become a certified teacher.
