I have completed each of the classes listed as expert with an 'A' at Itawamba Community College. I currently tutor at the ICC Success Center and ICC Writing Center for English. I am also in my last semester before acquiring an Associate's and continuing to the University of Mississippi to pursue a Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering.
I have a very methodical teaching style. I will typically teach sections by working a problem as I explain it to the student then deriving a step-by-step process for the student to apply.

I graduated from one of the top teaching schools in the nation (according to NCATE), and have a degree in elementary and special education. I specialized in math education, but am also qualified to teach English, science, and social studies. I have worked with children as young as 2 years old and as old as 15 in a formal setting. I have helped children go from hating a subject to being successful and loving it.
I first and foremost believe that every child can learn, and I refuse to entertain any idea that says otherwise. I believe that Math is a subject of concepts and if the concepts are clear than any body can do math. Making concepts clear depends on the teacher who analyze the understading of each individual and teaches him accordingly.
As a Math graduate, I wanted to remove hesitation and fear of students for this subject and I became a Math tutor.
